This casserole is hearty and yummy. It was so good that I made it again a few nights later as a broccoli side dish omitting the ham and potatoes. It's nice to find a casserole that does well with fresh broccoli florets instead of frozen chopped. It got the thumbs up from my 9-year old.
I got the recipe out of a back issue of Paula Deen Magazine but I don't have that with me here in California. I found the same recipe online on a website for Smithfield ham.
