What's For Dinner: BLT Pasta

Last night I made BLT Pasta for dinner. In this instance BLT stands for Bacon, Leek, and Tomato. Bacon leek and tomatoes are cooked together in a skillet, you make a cheese sauce with Gruyere cheese, mix it all together with elbow macaroni in a baking dish, top it with bread crumbs and zap it under the broiler. It was delicious.
It is from Rachael Ray's Cookbook 365: No Repeats. I love this cookbook, it is the one I seem to be cooking out of the most on a day-to-day basis.
